Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: $70,000 – $85,000 per annum + Superannuation (depending on experience) About

Us JMD FM Pty Ltd (JMD Facility Management) is a leading facilities management company based in Karratha, Western Australia. We provide a broad range of commercial, industrial, and security services across the Pilbara region.

We are currently seeking a reliable, professional, and customer-focused Security Guard to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities Monitor and patrol commercial and industrial premises to ensure the safety and security of people, property, and assets.

Control access to buildings by checking identification and authorising entry of visitors, contractors, and staff. Conduct routine security patrols and inspections to identify potential security risks or hazards. Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, emergencies, and security breaches.

Prepare accurate incident reports, patrol logs, and daily activity records. Monitor CCTV systems and security equipment to detect and report suspicious activities. Assist with emergency procedures, including evacuations and incident management.





Provide professional customer service by assisting visitors and responding to enquiries. Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety procedures and company security policies. Liaise with management, emergency services, and law enforcement when required.

Skills and Experience Previous experience as a Security Guard or in a similar security role is preferred. Current Western Australian Security Officer Licence (or eligibility to obtain one).

Current First Aid Certificate (desirable). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure. Good observation and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

High level of professionalism, integrity, and reliability. Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays if required. What
