? What You’ll Do

As a Solar Consultant, your day-to-day will include:

- Generate, qualify, and nurture leads through proactive follow-up and pipeline management.

- Build rapport and establish trust with homeowners by understanding their energy usage, goals, and requirements.

- Recommend tailored solar and battery solutions that deliver genuine value to customers.

- Conduct in-home appointments and present solutions with confidence and professionalism.

- Convert qualified appointments into signed sales agreements while maintaining strong conversion rates.

- Effectively manage a healthy sales pipeline within our established CRM, ensuring opportunities are progressed and followed up consistently.

- Accurately prepare and administer sales documentation, ensuring compliance with company and industry requirements.

- Work closely with the operations team to provide a seamless customer experience from sale through to installation.

- Participate in ongoing sales training, product education, and team development sessions.

- Consistently achieve individual sales targets, conversion metrics, and other competitive KPIs.

- Experience in solar, battery, electrical, construction, home improvement, or renewable energy sales.

- Experience selling high-value products or services.

- Knowledge of residential solar and battery systems.

- Experience using CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
