Finance Business Partner – Hotels Network & Loyalty

Unlike day‑to‑day operational finance roles, the Finance Business Partner – Hotels Network & Loyalty position is designed to zoom out and analyse macro trends across our entire hotel fleet. You will act as the single source of truth for portfolio performance, unlocking strategic insights, and helping shape the future profile of our hotels.

From analysing guest data through our pub+ platform to collaborating with State Managers on venue turnaround strategies, you will play a pivotal role in chasing long‑term commercial wins.

Responsibilities

- Step out of the daily trade weeds to establish, monitor, and deliver overarching performance metrics across the fleet.
- Proactively flag systemic issues, identify lagging venues, and partner with State Managers to embed turnaround or optimisation strategies.
- Partner with core group functions (Capital, Property, and Strategy) to deliver key analytics that guide major investment choices and network optimisation.
- Utilise guest data (pub+ and Single View of Guest)



to generate commercial insights that fuel future growth ambitions.
- Collaborate seamlessly with cross‑functional teams outside of finance to deliver end‑to‑end commercial solutions.

Qualifications

- 3–5+ years in a relevant finance/analytics role, ideally in a commercial environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field, plus CA/CPA qualification (or currently working towards it).
- Proven expertise handling large datasets, financial modelling, and tools like GCP, Excel, or Google Suite (Sheets, Slides).
- Exceptional attention to detail combined with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business strategies.
- Excellent communication skills and a genuine love for working with cross‑functional partners.
