Job Description

- Preparation and maintenance of project governance and administration documentation
- Track project progress and provide regular reports on project status to project team and key stakeholders
- Produce meeting minutes, agendas and monthly reports
- Support design management and procurement activities
- Support stakeholder consultation
- Communicate effectively with all project stakeholders
- Ensure T&T; safety on projects checklist compliance
- Assist the Project Manager and Project Director with tasks such as cost reporting, programme, service provider performance monitoring, risk register updates, quality assurance, etc.
- Tender research, collating potential bid work
- Assist with bids for future work in the region, including bid plans and liaison with the risk team

Qualifications





- A recognised Degree or equivalent qualification relating to a technical field: Construction Management or Project Management, Engineering, Architecture, Cost Management or relatable trade experience
- Minimum of 5 years project management experience (ideally client side/consulting)
- Must be able to work within a large team environment and bring a growth mindset
- Ability to thrive in a high pressure, fast‑paced environment
- Excellent command of written and spoken English with excellent report and writing skills
- Must be able to be involved in general office assistance
- Must be able to fit into a small team environment and bring a growth mindset
- Retail project experience is ideal
