Abb Vie is seeking a strategic WHS & Wellbeing Lead in Mascot, relocating to Sydney CBD, 0.8–1.0 FTE. Drive a safety-first culture across office and field, manage psychosocial health, and lead Work Cover claims and Return to Work outcomes with senior leadership support.

You will independently lead wellbeing initiatives, ensure ANZ WHS compliance, and deliver data-driven insights on physical safety and mental health trends in a matrixed, global setting.
