IRT Australia is seeking a Wellbeing Services Team Leader to design, deliver and evaluate activity and wellbeing programs for residents at Berala on the Park Residential Care Home. This Fixed-Term 12-month role is full time, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm.
You will lead Wellbeing Officers, coordinate volunteers, liaise with internal teams and community partners, support accreditation processes, ensure program compliance, and participate in recruitment and orientation of staff.
