We are seeking a dedicated Site Supervisor to oversee construction activities in Sydney, New South Wales. The Site Supervisor will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while maintaining a secure working environment.

Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily site operations and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors and on-site personnel.
- Monitor project progress and report on any issues or delays.
- Assist in the planning and scheduling of construction activities.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control.




- Maintain accurate records of site activities and materials used.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in construction management or a related field is advantageous.
- Entry-level experience in construction or site supervision is preferred.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Basic knowledge of construction processes and safety standards.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Current General Construction Induction Card (White Card).
