About the role
Just Automotive Recruitment is searching for a Sales Coordinator to manage vehicle deals from point of sale through to delivery, supporting the sales team and keeping the order process running smoothly.
Duties
- Manage vehicle deals from point of sale through to customer delivery.
- Coordinate vehicle movements, suppliers, registrations and delivery schedules.
- Raise repair orders and progress vehicles through the PDI process.
- Conduct regular stock takes and maintain accurate inventory and order records.
- Liaise with sales consultants, suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth customer handovers.
Skills and experience
- Strong administration skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident using computer systems, accounting software, spreadsheets and pricing tools.
- Automotive or commercial vehicle industry experience highly regarded.
- Strong organisation and communication skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders.
- Proactive, adaptable and willing to learn complex processes; comprehensive training is provided.
