Wholesale Leader

Join Ignite Travel Group as our Wholesale Leader Product and play a pivotal role in shaping and growing our B2B wholesale proposition across Escapes, Tour, and Cruise products. You will drive sales growth, optimize product mix, strengthen key trade partnerships, and uncover new commercial opportunities. Working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners, you'll influence strategic decisions that deliver revenue growth and exceptional partner experiences. This is a highly visible role with the opportunity to make a significant impact on a rapidly growing business.

In this role, you'll...

- Drive sales growth and margin performance across trade partner channels.
- Develop and execute strategies to expand Ignite’s wholesale proposition internally and externally.
- Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with key B2B partners.
- Identify new commercial opportunities and grow business beyond the FCTG network.
- Conduct regular business reviews to optimise partner performance and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and procurement teams to deliver the right products and commercial outcomes.
- Gather partner feedback and implement initiatives to improve service, experience, and performance.
- Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and accessible work environment where all Flighties feel welcomed, respected, and supported to thrive.

- Proven success driving sales growth, revenue, and margin performance.
- Experience building and managing strategic partnerships and stakeholder relationships.
- Robust commercial acumen and the ability to identify growth opportunities.

- Experience analysing sales performance and developing commercial growth strategies.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and collaborate across multiple business functions.
