What we're building
Brennan has built its own AI innovation engine and productised it as the Client Innovation Foundry. We're growing the certified consulting team that delivers it, and we'd rather grow it from Brennan people who want to be part of how we innovate.

The role
Lead Innovation Consultant is the senior, customer-facing role on every Quick Start. You own the customer relationship, facilitate the sprints, build the AI use-case portfolio and drive adoption, and embed inside the customer's ongoing innovation cadence. It is an advisory role that also runs the methodology.

What you'll do

- Run Brennan's Consulting Foundry QuickStart, a sprint-based engagement that ships a production-grade AI outcome.
- Stand up the customer's innovation governance, sprint cadence and investment approach, and capture their business requirements and technology ecosystem.
- Keep the customer's executive team engaged and accountable through a sponsor-chaired Sponsor Board.
- Build and prioritise the AI use-case portfolio, facilitate ideation and the Shark Tank, and help customer ideate via our Brennan Innovation Tool.
- Design and deliver the adoption plan so the organisation can absorb what the sprints produce.
- Feed what you learn back into the Brennan playbook and Skills Marketplace.

What you'll bring





- 3-5 years of customer-facing or consulting experience, with the consulting or advisory craft and confidence working with senior stakeholders.
- Strong facilitation: design/innovation sprints, workshops or structured ideation with diverse stakeholders.
- A change-management instinct: you've helped organisations actually adopt something new.
- Enough technical fluency to talk about AI agents, integration and security at a sensible level.
- Above all, a genuine interest in being part of the Foundry and Brennan's innovation process, and willingness to complete the training course and certification.
