Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Site Support & Leadership: Support day-to-day site coordination, guide trades and subcontractors, and work with senior leaders to achieve operational excellence. This will involve supporting sites under the supervision of a more senior Site Supervisor, as well as leading your own sites.
- Operational Delivery: responsible for daily prestarts, inductions and site programming to help avoid delays and support efficient use of resources.
- Quality & Safety: Contribute to a strong safety culture by managing SWMS verifications, weekly inspections and toolbox talks.
- Project Compliance: Work in line with HSEQ Management Systems and help ensure all works meet project specifications and drawings.




- Commercial Awareness: Support the identification of potential cost variations and manage labour scheduling to help maintain project budget controls.

Skills And Experiences

What You Bring

- Experience: Demonstrated experience as a Leading Hand, Site Foreman or emerging Site Supervisor, preferably within the Commercial Interior Fit-out sector (2-4 years is ideal, but will consider other experience levels as well).
- Qualifications: A trade certificate in Carpentry or a Bachelor of Construction Management (or similar) is essential.
- Tech Skills: Working knowledge of IPM and Procore, along with MS Office and Excel, or the confidence to build capability in these systems.
- Safety First: A current First Aid Certificate and a valid White Card (General Induction for Construction Work).
- Attributes: You are professional, presentable, practical and keen to keep developing your communication skills while working with diverse stakeholders and resolving site issues.
