Description
Overview The Product Manager is responsible for owning designated product areas across MUFG Corporate Markets' core platforms, including miraqle and Investor Centre. The role works closely with clients, stakeholders and global product teams to identify opportunities, define product direction and deliver solutions that create value for clients and the business. Reporting to the Head of Product, ANZ, the Product Manager is accountable for driving product outcomes across the full lifecycle, from discovery and prioritisation through to launch and optimisation. The role champions customer-centric decision making, balances commercial and operational considerations, and ensures product investments support strategic business objectives and growth. Key Accountabilities and main responsibilities Strategic Focus

- Own defined product areas or problem spaces across multiple platforms, aligned to regional priorities and global product strategy.
- Identify, frame and prioritise customer and business problems in partnership with clients, regional stakeholders and internal teams.
- Act as the voice of the user and the business, ensuring product decisions reflect real needs and commercial context.
- Translate insights into clear problem statements, solution hypotheses and prioritised opportunities.
- Define and own product roadmaps for assigned areas, aligned to Head of Product direction, regional business priorities and global platform strategy.
- Make outcome-led prioritisation decisions, balancing client needs, commercial opportunities and technical considerations.
- Contribute to improving client and user satisfaction, product adoption and competitiveness in new business opportunities.




- Actively contribute to building a globally aligned, product-led operating model.

Operational Management
- Lead end-to-end product discovery
- Partner with design and delivery to test, validate and refine solutions before build.
- Work closely with delivery leads, engineers and design to translate priorities into execution.
- Stay close to delivery while maintaining focus on outcomes rather than output.
- Own the full product lifecycle from discovery to launch and post-release optimisation.
- Partner with marketing, sales and client teams to support go-to-market activity.
- Ensure current features and enhancements are clearly positioned, understood and adopted.
- Manage and synthesise inputs from regional MDs and other stakeholders to support informed decision-making.

People Leadership
- Operate as part of a high-performing product team, actively contributing to standards, practices and ways of working.
- Partner effectively with shared design resources and cross-functional teams.
- Help elevate the overall capability of the product function through strong ownership, accountability and bias for action.
- Work closely with global product counterparts to support consistency, solution reuse and alignment to broader product direction

Governance & Risk
- Ensure product decisions are well-informed, outcome-led and aligned to commercial,



client and technical considerations.
- Support consistency across platforms and alignment to broader product direction through cross-regional engagement.
- Ensure product enhancements are clearly positioned, understood and adopted to support effective implementation.
- Maintain ownership across the product lifecycle, including post-release optimisation, to ensure ongoing product effectiveness.

Experience & Personal Attributes

- Minimum 5 years demonstrated experience in product management, ideally within digital, technology-enabled or platform-based environments.
- Proven ability to identify and solve complex customer and business problems, delivering measurable outcomes and value.
- Strong analytical and discovery skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable product initiatives.
- Experience engaging with enterprise clients and managing diverse stakeholder groups in complex organisational environments.
- Commercially astute, with the ability to balance customer needs, business objectives and market opportunities when making product decisions.
- Resilient and adaptable, with the ability to operate effectively in evolving environments, navigate ambiguity and drive clarity of direction.
- Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships and gain alignment across cross-functional teams.
- Self-motivated and outcomes-focused, demonstrating ownership, accountability and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
