Summary:

Responsibilities:

- Monitor project progress and report on any issues or delays to the project manager.
- Ensure that materials and equipment are available and in good condition for the work being performed.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to project specifications and quality standards.
- Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers,



and clients to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily logs, safety reports, and progress updates.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Site Foreman or in a similar supervisory role within the building and construction industry.
- Solid knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
