Your role, your impact
Reporting to the Senior Manager, People Technology & Insights, you will partner across the business to deliver trusted workforce insights and improve how people data supports decision making.
- Develop workforce reporting, dashboards and people analytics insights
- Partner with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements
- Build reporting solutions across People and business systems
- Analyse trends, exceptions and data quality opportunities
- Support executive, board, audit and external reporting needs
- Drive automation and continuous reporting improvements
What you will need to succeed
You are inquisitive,
collaborative and motivated by continuous improvement, with a strong interest in understanding the story behind the data.
- Experienced working with workforce and people data
- Strong capability using analytics platforms (e.g. Power BI, Oracle Fusion FAIDP)
- Experience within large and complex organisations preferred
- Knowledge of Oracle, Oracle Fusion or SQL advantageous
- Proven ability improving processes and reporting outcomes
- Strong judgement handling confidential employee information
