The Product Manager (Land) will lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery outcomes across a critical portfolio spanning Salesforce and Land distribution products. In this highly influential leadership role, you will own both what gets built and how it is delivered, leading Engineering, QA, Product Owners, and Business Analysts to create high-quality, commercially impactful solutions. You will play a pivotal role in expanding hotel and land content distribution across Leisure, Corporate, and external channels while partnering with stakeholders across Supply, Procurement, Finance, and Technology. This is an exciting opportunity to combine product leadership, commercial strategy, and people leadership to drive meaningful business growth and customer value. Day to day:

- Own the end-to-end product strategy, roadmap, and delivery outcomes across Salesforce and Land platforms, ensuring solutions deliver measurable commercial and customer value
- Lead and develop Engineering, QA, Product Owners, and Business Analysts, driving high performance, quality delivery, and continuous improvement across the team
- Prioritise and execute product initiatives, balancing business objectives, stakeholder needs, engineering capacity, and delivery commitments
- Build and champion business cases that expand hotel and land distribution opportunities across Leisure, Corporate, and external channels, helping drive commercial growth
- Partner with stakeholders across Supply, Procurement, Finance, Technology, and business teams to influence decisions, align priorities, and deliver strategic outcomes





You'll be perfect for the role if you have:

- 5+ years' experience as a Product Manager with demonstrated ownership of product strategy, roadmap execution, and delivery outcomes within Agile environments
- Proven experience leading or partnering closely with Engineering, QA, Product Owners, and Business Analysts to deliver high-quality products and business outcomes
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to build evidence-based business cases and drive decisions across technical, commercial, and operational teams
- Data-driven approach to product management, including experience with product discovery, prioritisation, success metrics, and post-implementation measurement
- Experience working within complex, matrixed organisations and managing competing priorities across multiple stakeholders
- Experience in travel, hotel distribution, land supply, Salesforce, content distribution platforms, or related commercial technology environments will be highly regarded
