- Salary: RN/M2C - $90,913 to $114,917 p.a. (pro rata)+ super + leave loading + salary sacrifice benefits

Associate Nurse Unit Manager - Palliative Care
Are you an experienced nurse or midwife ready to take the next step in your leadership career? Join our dedicated Palliative Care team and help deliver exceptional, person-centred care to patients and their families during life's most important moments.
As an Associate Nurse Unit Manager (ANUM), you'll work alongside the Nurse Unit Manager to provide clinical leadership, support a skilled multidisciplinary team, and help ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality palliative care. You'll play a key role in mentoring staff, driving continuous improvement, and contributing to the day-to-day coordination of the unit.

What We’re Looking For:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse with a minimum of 3 years' post-registration experience.
- Demonstrated competence in delivering high-quality palliative care.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- The ability to support, mentor and develop staff while promoting a positive team culture.
- Sound clinical judgement and a commitment to quality improvement and safe practice.
- Postgraduate qualifications in Palliative Care, or currently working towards such qualifications, are highly desirable.
