As a Club Manager, you are the catalyst, setting the vision, inspiring your team, and leading your club to sustained success. You’ll use your interpersonal, communication, and sales capability to build a high‑performing team, foster accountability, and create an environment where exceptional member experiences are the standard, not the exception. Key Responsibilities:

- Management of sales budgets and analysis to determine proactive strategies for improvement
- Proactive contribution to your club's sales targets
- Management of your club's projected and actual Profit and Loss levels
- Leading in the delivery of exceptional member experiences and the successful resolution of member concerns
- Recruitment, training and retention of staff members
- Conduct weekly 1:1 and team meetings with departmental leaders
- Annual performance appraisals





To be successful in this role you will need:

- Leadership experience managing a sales team with 5+ direct/indirect reports in a high volume and rapid paced environment. Ideally within the fitness industry
- Strong stakeholder management with exceptional verbal, written and time management skills
- Experience in managing budgets and monitoring & reporting on P&L;
- Ability to engage and inspire a diverse team across club operations
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
