Anglo American is seeking a Production Supervisor at Capcoal Surface Operations in Middlemount, Queensland. You will lead a crew of about 20 operators in our truck and shovel mining operations, reporting to the Mining Superintendent and upholding rigorous safety standards.
You will coordinate personnel, equipment and resources to meet site targets and schedules, mentor your team, and collaborate with other in office departments to resolve operational challenges.
