Your new role
- Partner directly with operational leaders and department heads
- Play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, and business planning
- Manage and support government-funded programs and reporting
- Influence decision-making through meaningful financial analysis
Key responsibilities
- Deliver monthly management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Support the management and reporting of Government funding
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and provide commercial advice to leaders
- Assist with project accounting, tenders, business cases, and current initiatives
- Present financial insights and help drive informed business decisions
- Support continuous improvement and champion best-practice financial processes
What you'll need to succeed
- CPA or CA qualified (or nearing completion)
- 3+ years' experience in management accounting, business partnering, or a similar finance role
- Strong budgeting, forecasting, and reporting experience
- Experience working with government funding and grants is highly regarded.
- Advanced Excel skills and confidence engaging with stakeholders at all levels
- Solutions-focused with a proactive and commercially minded approach
