Redpath Partners is seeking a Senior Contract Administrator to join a landmark Sydney PBSA development in Marrickville valued at $350M–$400M.
Lead procurement and subcontract negotiations, manage head and subcontract administration, and oversee cost reporting, forecasting, variations, EOTs and commercial risk.
Work closely with the Project Manager and delivery teams to drive the commercial outcomes and build long-term relationships with consultants and subcontractors.
