About the Role

This full‑time, on‑site role involves preparing, mixing, and baking a range of bakery products including bread, rolls, savoury items, and sweet goods. You will follow established recipes, operate bakery equipment, monitor baking times and temperatures, and ensure all products meet Bakers Delight’s quality standards. The role also includes maintaining a clean work area, following food safety procedures, and supporting daily production targets.

Skills & Experience Required

- Certificate III in Baking (or equivalent qualification)




- Minimum 2 years’ experience working as a Baker in a commercial bakery
- Strong baking skills with consistent product quality
- Experience producing bread, rolls, and similar baked goods
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Ability to follow recipes and production instructions accurately
- Positive time management and reliability
- Ability to work in a warm bakery environment and lift ingredient bags/trays
- Fluent English-speaking skills

Salary: From $79,500 + super
