THE ROLE
This newly created position combines reception, sales administration and compliance responsibilities, offering plenty of variety and the opportunity to develop valuable industry knowledge.
- Managing Anti‑Money Laundering documentation and compliance processes
- Monitoring compliance requirements across multiple office locations
- Providing reception and front‑of‑house support
- Managing incoming calls and client enquiries
- Assisting with sales administration support
- Coordinating office administration and documentation
- Supporting agents and the wider team with day‑to‑day operations
ABOUT YOU
- Previous administration, reception or real estate experience
- Sales administration experience highly regarded
- WA Real Estate Registration preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Reliable, proactive and team‑oriented
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
