Right at Home Goldfields Grampians Murray is seeking a reliable and hardworking Home Maintenance Worker to join our team on a casual basis .

In this role, you’ll support clients to live safely and comfortably in their homes by providing gardening, yard, and home maintenance services . This includes both light and physically demanding work, so you’ll need to be fit, safety-conscious, and confident working at heights.

Key Duties

- Gardening, lawn mowing, weeding, and pruning
- Rubbish and green waste removal
- Window cleaning (internal and external)
- Gutter cleaning and other high-access maintenance tasks
- Minor home maintenance tasks as directed
- Follow workplace safety procedures at all times
- Communicate respectfully with clients and staff

Qualifications

- Experience in gardening, property maintenance, or similar work

Preferred Skills

- Experience in gardening, property maintenance, or similar work
- Fit, reliable, and safety-conscious (comfortable with ladder/high work)
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and pride in work quality




- A current driver’s licence and a suitable Ute for transporting green waste and rubbish
- Must supply own tools and equipment (“down tools”)
- White Card or willingness to obtain (preferred)
- Current police clearance and WWCC (or willingness to obtain)

Employment Conditions & Award

This role is a Casual position with flexible hours, depending on client needs.

The applicable industrial instrument is the:
Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award 2010 (SCHADS Award)

Casual loading (25%) and travel reimbursements apply as per the Award.

Travel allowance between client properties
