Responsibilities

- Operate commercial washers, dryers and ironing machines safely
- Pick up, tag, and sort guest laundry and dry‑cleaning
- Record quantity of packed items in the packing and delivery logbooks
- Spot garments for stain removal




- Deliver guest garments
- Wash and process staff uniforms
- Load and unload washing machines

Qualifications

- Previous experience within a hotel environment or a similar fast‑paced role
- Strong attention to detail with exceptional organisational and time‑management skills
- Ability to act consistently with explicit ethics and values, maintaining confidentiality
- Understanding of safe lifting practices and occupational health and safety standards
- Superior customer service skills and ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
- Ability to create a positive first impression, meeting 5‑star grooming standards
- Flexibility to work on a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
