As a Disability Support Worker (DSW) you’ll play a vital role in enhancing the health and wellbeing of people in our community.

What We’re Looking For
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) or equivalent.
- Current Australian Driver’s Licence and willingness to travel for work.
- Strong written, spoken, and comprehension English skills.
- Ability to provide high‑quality personal care and lifestyle support, including for people with complex needs.
- Ability to work across sites in Tewantin and Maroochydore.
Essential Requirements
- Proof of COVID‑19 vaccination status (or as required by legislation and WMQ policy).
- Relevant probity checks required by legislation and WMQ Limited policy.
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (Yellow Card).
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificates.
