Our security officers are the first point of contact for visitors, contractors, and staff. In this role, you will set the standard by delivering a professional and customer‑focused experience while ensuring strict compliance with security protocols.

Day shifts with availability to support 24/7 rotating shifts as required

Key Responsibilities

- Managing visitor passes and access control processes
- Issuing and maintaining staff, contractor, and visitor access cards
- Monitoring CCTV systems, alarms, and WHS compliance
- Conducting proactive internal and external patrols
- Responding to perimeter breaches and unauthorised access attempts
- Operating intercom systems and overseeing traffic and screening areas
- Liaising with stakeholders and escalating potential risks where required
- Maintaining accurate logs, reports, and security documentation
- Supporting a safe and compliant working environment at all times

About You

To be successful in this role,



you will demonstrate professionalism, strong situational awareness and a commitment to safety.

- Current QLD Security Licence (Unarmed, Monitoring and Crowd Control)
- Valid First Aid Certificate with current CPR
- Current White Card
- CCTV monitoring experience (Gallagher system highly regarded)
- Experience with Gallagher alarm systems (desirable)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent observational and reporting skills
- Ability to remain calm, professional, and decisive in all situations
