The program
Helping locals and regulars feel at home in our store and providing great customer service.
TheRed Cross ShopVolunteeris a voluntary position with responsibility supporting the Store Manager in the efficient and effective running of the shop. The store is operated by Berrigan Red Cross branch as a fund raising activity.
The opportunity
If you have a flare for retail and presentation we would love to hear from you!
This role would suit someone who enjoys customer service and is comfortable handling money. Responsibilities include sorting, labelling, serving customers and counting takings.



It would be suitable for someone who can make an ongoing weekly commitment.
The impact
As a Red Cross Shop Volunteer, you will provide a positive experience and a much needed service to the customers at the Red Cross Berrigan shop; whilst raising money for Australian Red Cross. Red Cross will ensure you have training, ongoing support and access to other opportunities within the World’s largest humanitarian network.
Application Requirements
For this role you will be required to undertake a National Police Check, organised through Red Cross.
