Responsibilities
- Assisting the Facilities Management team with day-to-day operations
- Facilities administration tasks – purchase orders, data management, and maintenance registers
- Provide superior customer service and build strong relationships with clients
- Provide regular leave cover for client accounts across CBRE client roster

- Confident in performing administrative tasks and able to work collaboratively
- Experience in customer service and/or front of house/client-facing in a professional/corporate environment
- Dedicated to exceptional customer service with a customer-centric approach
- Excellent time management and organizational skills; able to manage workflow and priorities to meet deadlines
- Ability to think quickly, problem-solve and adapt
- Intermediate to advanced skills in core Microsoft Office packages – Word, Excel and Outlook
- Previous experience in facilities, property, or related role is desired
