GWG are currently partnering with an established, values‑driven organisation that is entering an exciting phase of transformation and is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join the team.
You will partner closely with the business to shape and deliver large‑scale, business‑critical initiatives. This is a genuine business‑partnering prospect where your ability to align people, process and technology will be central to success.
Key responsibilities include:
- Analysing and documenting end‑to‑end business processes and system requirements
- Leading requirements gathering and stakeholder engagement sessions
- Translating complex business needs into clear, actionable documentationi>
- Developing high‑quality project documentation, including business cases, project briefs and RFPs
- Acting as the link between business units and IT, ensuring clarity and alignment throughout delivery
- Supporting solution design and identifying risks early to enable smooth project execution
- Building strong,
trusted relationships as a valued business partner
About You
You are a highly experienced Business Analyst who enjoys working in complex environments and engaging with diverse stakeholder groups.
- Experience as a Business Analyst or Business Solutions Partner
- Formal Business Analysis accreditation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong business‑partnering capability and a collaborative working style
- Solid understanding of supply chain, manufacturing, fmcg or pharmaceutical environments
Highly regarded
- SAP exposure (SAP HANA experience advantageous)
This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, with a minimum of three days per week based onsite on the Central Coast.
