Join Fletcher Building and take ownership of a diverse Australian property portfolio across Laminex, Iplex and Fletcher Insulation.

This is a high-impact role where you’ll operate as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, shaping property strategy while delivering commercial outcomes across a complex, multi-site footprint. Based in Melbourne and reporting to our divisional CFO, you’ll balance strategic portfolio thinking with hands‑on delivery, leading initiatives including lease negotiations, site acquisitions, disposals and optimisation projects.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Own and manage a national property portfolio to drive solid commercial outcomes
- Lead lease negotiations, acquisitions, disposals and optimisation initiatives
- Partner with Divisional and Business Unit leaders to shape and deliver property strategy
- Deliver key projects including new sites, relocations and portfolio reshaping
- Manage property budgets (rent, rates, service charges) and identify cost efficiencies
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety and statutory requirements
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, landlords and advisors

What You’ll Bring





- 8+ years’ experience in commercial or industrial property asset management
- Proven track record managing complex property portfolios and transactions
- Strong commercial acumen with ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Solid understanding of Australian property regulations and complianceExcellent negotiation, stakeholder engagement and problem‑solving capability
