Job Overview

The AMR Senior Solutions Manager drives the success of our Autonomous Mobile Robotics (AMR) business across the ANZ region. This role owns end‑to‑end success of large‑scale AMR deployments, from scoping and design through implementation, delivery and go‑live, and leads continuous improvement of our solutions and delivery practices.

Responsibilities

- Conduct pre‑sales activities, including scoping, planning, and delivering product presentations tailored to client technical requirements.
- Build POCs and technical documents to demonstrate capabilities aligned with client objectives.
- Lead project planning, estimates, and define project timelines, milestones, and plans.
- Serve as client, partner, and internal team contact during implementation and delivery phases.
- Review and maintain deployment compliance and OH&S; standards.
- Develop ongoing support and maintenance models post‑delivery.
- Collaborate on growth, innovation, and sustainability initiatives.
- Lead project reviews to embed continuous improvement.
- Act as a trusted escalation point for internal teams and stakeholders.
- Provide guidance and leadership to the AMR group, reviewing designs, test plans, and results.
- Support growth and career progression within the AMR team and promote knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

- Substantial operational experience within the warehousing industry.




- Knowledge and experience with warehouse automation systems.
- Experience designing automated and manual DC processes and their integration.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and similar design software.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and understand DC/warehouse operations, and to advise on solutions integration.
