.NET Developer / Team Lead – Cloud (Azure)

We’re working with a growing organisation looking for an experienced .NET Developer with Cloud experience to step into a Team Lead role. This is a hands‑on position combining strong technical delivery with people leadership.

About the role

- Lead and mentor a team of developers while remaining hands‑on
- Design, build, and maintain scalable applications using .NET (C#)
- Drive cloud‑based solutions, primarily within Azure
- Work closely with architects, product owners, and stakeholders
- Contribute to technical decisions, code reviews, and best practices

What we’re looking for

- Strong commercial experience with .NET / C#




- Proven experience working in cloud environments (Azure preferred)
- Prior experience as a Team Lead or senior developer mentoring others
- Solid understanding of modern development practices (CI/CD, DevOps, Agile)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
