Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to budget
- Manage subcontractors, trades, and suppliers
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with OH&S; requirements and quality standards
- Report on project progress and resolve site-related challenges
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Site Manager within either commercial or residential construction
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work across multiple stakeholders and drive successful outcomes
- Trade or tertiary qualifications in building & construction (highly regarded)
