Better Rehab gives Occupational Therapists the opportunity to manage diverse caseloads and develop clinical skills in a supportive team culture. We provide excellent clinical supervision and peer support, along with significant rewards benefits and flexible working arrangements.

Location : Our Chermside office is a 15‑minute drive from the CBD, close to coffee shops and a major shopping centre. The office is comfortable, with communal areas for coffee, a quick gym or shopping, and weekly Friday afternoons with cheese and wine.

Clients range from 0 to 65 years old, including children with early childhood needs, children with ASD, intellectual disabilities, genetic conditions, neurological and physical impairments, and psychosocial or mental health needs. We support early childhood peers via an ECA program.

Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities

- Conduct assessments and design therapy plans in homes, day centres, parks, and other settings.
- Build enduring relationships with clients and witness the lasting impact of your work.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team on complex cases and current treatment approaches.

Qualifications

- Full AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist (limited registrations may be considered on a case‑by‑case basis).
- Valid driver’s licence and personal vehicle.
- NDIS check, Working with Children Check, and Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
- Experience: 6 months to 3 years as an Occupational Therapist.
