Founding Account Executive | Cybersecurity Value Added Reseller (VAR) | $150k OTE | Melbourne-based | Hybrid

They’re now looking for a Founding Account Executive — someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to shape the GTM strategy, not just execute it.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Building pipeline to convert into clients (Outbound selling is a requirement)
- Use a consultative sales approach to uncover challenges and match clients with the right solutions.
- Collaborate closely with pre-sales engineers for demos and proof of concept.
- Maintain detailed opportunity records within the CRM and track performance.
- Consistently hit (and aim to exceed) revenue targets.
- Proven experience in Outbound SaaS selling or as an SDR
- A strong understanding of solution selling and the consultative sales cycle.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to educate and influence clients.
- Proactive, adaptable, and driven by outcomes.
- Hungry to learn, earn and grow
