Our client, a well-established player in the financial services/property sector, is looking for a Customer Service & Success Specialist to be the first point of contact for both customers and brokers.

This isn’t a face-to-face retail role — it’s a phone and email-based position where your service, speed, and attention to detail will create a smooth, supported experience for every customer.

What you’ll do:

- Be the warm, professional voice supporting homebuyers and brokers
- Guide people through the application journey with clarity and care
- Follow up leads, assist with documentation, and prepare applications
- Work closely with credit and sales teams to solve problems and keep things moving
- Deliver standout service — every day, every interaction

What we’re looking for:

- 2+ years in a customer-focused financial services or lending role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with terms like LVR or serviceability (a bonus!)




- Passion for service, positive mindset, and laser focus on the details
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
