Human Resources Manager

Location: Bankstown, NSW (Hybrid work arrangement)

We’re looking for a driven, people-focused HR professional with strong leadership experience to join the team. Industry background in healthcare would be ideal but is not essential.

About the Role

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the HR Manager will lead all areas of human resources, including recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and culture initiatives.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated HR professional who wants to take ownership of the HR function, lead a small team, and make a meaningful impact within a energetic and growing business.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding
- Lead and mentor a team of three HR Coordinators




- Advise managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation
- Lead performance review processes and support performance improvement where needed
- Maintain and update contracts, policies, and employee records
- Drive engagement, wellbeing, and culture initiatives
- Ensure compliance with Fair Work, WHS, and other relevant legislation
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs
- Prepare HR reports and provide insights for workforce planning

About You

- 3–5 years’ experience in an HR Generalist or HR Manager role
- Proven leadership experience and ability to coach and develop a small team
- Strong understanding of Fair Work and Australian employment law
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and problem‑solving ability
- A proactive, hands‑on approach and passion for people and culture
- Relevant qualifications in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
