About the role

The Senior Property Development Manager is a key position within our Industrial Property & Logistics portfolio. The position is responsible for managing and overseeing complex industrial property development projects through all project phases to ensure project outcomes are achieved on time, on budget, to quality standards and within agreed scope in line with established methodology. The role is responsible for strategy formulation, budget management, feasibility analyses, resource management, community and stakeholder engagement, delivery management and providing clear reporting on project progress, risks and outcomes.

Key Deliverables

- Engaging with stakeholders to deliver projects that enhance BAC’s investment portfolio.
- Ensuring developments are completed on time and within budget.
- Maximising long‑term income from non‑terminal industrial assets.
- Driving innovation and sustainability across all projects.

About you

You have a tertiary qualification in a relevant field and are deeply experienced in property development, with a particular focus on industrial or large‑scale projects. You are experienced in managing large project teams and complex, multi‑stakeholder projects, and you have strong strategic planning and financial management skills,



including budget oversight, financial modelling and feasibility analysis. You can build and maintain productive relationships with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders, thrive in a dynamic environment and excel at managing multiple priorities.
