THE ROLE

We have a recent permanent opportunity for an SAP EAM / Plant Maintenance Consultant, ideally based in Sydney, to join our SAP practice.

This role would suit a mid-level / intermediate consultant who is looking to continue building their SAP consulting career, with the opportunity to grow into a more senior role over time.

You will be responsible for providing professional consulting services and solutions to one of our key customers, with a primary focus on support capability as well as involvement in small project work.

This is a great opportunity for someone with solid SAP Plant Maintenance / EAM experience who is ready to take on broader responsibility, further develop their consulting skills, and contribute to meaningful customer outcomes.

Suitable applicants must hold Baseline Government Clearance.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide SAP EAM / Plant Maintenance consulting and support services to a key DXC customer.
- Support SAP Plant Maintenance within ECC and SAP EAM within S/4HANA environments.
- Assist with small projects, enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Work closely with customers to understand business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
- Apply industry, domain and operational knowledge to support business process consulting.
- Deliver high-quality,



practical and innovative solutions that support customer business outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal DXC teams and customer stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery.

ABOUT YOU

We Are Seeking An Individual Who Can Demonstrate

- Previous experience working within an SAP consulting environment, specifically SAP Plant Maintenance within ECC and/or SAP EAM within S/4HANA.
- Mid-level / intermediate consulting experience, with the motivation and capability to grow into a senior consultant role over time.
- Knowledge of Field Service Management (FSM), which would be highly advantageous.
- Experience supporting or delivering SAP consulting engagements within a professional services workplace.
- Ability to apply industry, domain and business / operational knowledge to customer solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A self-motivated approach with a proven ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Current Baseline Government Clearance.
