Customer Service Officer position based in Wetherill Park. Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, you will be a key representative of our business, ensuring every customer feels supported and valued. Working Hours
Weekly rotating shift, Monday to Friday with availability from 6:30 am to 4:00 pm.
What You Will Be Doing
- Deliver friendly, responsive customer service via phone and email
- Accurately process customer orders in a timely manner
- Use product knowledge to provide helpful sales support
- Keep customers informed with clear and proactive updates
- Ensure compliance with Chain of Responsibility requirements for order configuration and transport
- Contribute to team tasks and additional duties as needed
What You Will Bring
- 3–5 years customer service or call centre experience
- A natural communicator with a professional,
customer‑first mindset
- Confidence handling complex queries and multiple systems
- High level of attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
- Ability to work on weekly rotating shifts
- Team player mentality with a drive to succeed together
