Key responsibilities:
- Providing personable, tailored and trusted residential and commercial lending advice to clients
- Maintaining strong relationships with lenders and BDMs
- Leveraging existing clients, referrals, and leads to write high volumes of loans
- Building and developing strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Working with leading industry professionals to help take the business to the next level and identify new business opportunities
Skills and Experience:
- Strong knowledge of residential lending and the ability to manage/settle a high volume of loans, with any commercial exposure advantageous
- Capable of providing sound lending advice and structuring complex loans
- Qualified and accredited Mortgage Broking professional
- Professional approach, along with strong communication and client servicing skills
- Ability to convert leads and foster ongoing relationships
