About the Role
We’re looking for a curious, driven Graduate Mechanical Engineer to join our three‑year Graduate Program. The role offers rotations across departments and multiple Tronox sites, giving you broad exposure to our value chain from mining to processing to final pigment production.
The first rotation of approximately 12 months will be at our Kwinana Pigment Plant. Subsequent rotations could be at any of our Australian sites across Western Australia and New South Wales.
What You’ll Do
As a Graduate Mechanical Engineer you’ll be hands‑on from day one,
applying the knowledge gained at university to our manufacturing and mining environments. You will learn fast, think critically and see the impact of your work every day.

Are You Eligible?
- Hold (or will soon complete) a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field
- Graduated within the last 2 years or will graduate by end of 2026
