We are seeking a passionate people leader with a strong Reduction process focus. The leader must also have a strong collaboration mindset to deliver on the yearly production plan and to lead our teams through an exciting time at Boyne Smelters Limited.

Key Accountabilities

- Proactively improving the work environment to reduce health, safety and environmental risks.
- Supporting your team to improve safety culture through the continued implementation of the Integrity Maturity Model and RTSPS.
- Implementing and sustaining process safety standards for critical risks.
- Driving operational and technical excellence by mentoring and identifying development opportunities for team members.
- Ensuring team objectives are maintained in line with production expectations.
- Optimising plant performance by leading a diverse team in continual improvement projects.
- Establishing and maintaining key routines and systems to produce quality products.
- Working closely with technical and operations stakeholders both on site and within the wider business.

What You’ll Bring

- A commitment to the safety of yourself and your team.
- The successful applicant will have a background in smelting,



ideally in aluminium smelting, or a similar heavy industry with complex procedures and a strong quality assurance focus.
- Excellent ability to interpret and challenge data/metrics.
- Experience in a process related role previously.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills and ability to interface with a wide range of stakeholders.
