NEP Australia is seeking a highly organized, professional, and proactive Project Manager to support the successful global delivery of key platform initiatives, including TFC and the broader NEP Platform. This hybrid role will work primarily business hours with our team at the Andrew’s HUB in Southbank.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the VP of Global Platform Solutions & Delivery in planning, tracking, and execution of global platform projects.
- Work closely with Delivery Managers to track project scope, timelines, resource needs, dependencies, and potential delivery risks.
- Assist in the successful delivery of TFC and NEP Platform initiatives across NEP’s global business units.
- Maintain project plans, schedules, action registers, issue logs, risk trackers, and status reports.
- Track project milestones, deliverables, timelines, dependencies, and follow‑up actions.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, business units, technical teams, and operational teams to support project scheduling and delivery.
- Manage meeting coordination, agendas, minutes, action items, and follow‑up communications.
- Attend project meetings and document key decisions, risks, issues, and roadblocks.
- Report project status, risks, issues, and blockers to the VP in a clear and timely manner.
- Help identify delivery risks early and support escalation where required.
- Maintain strong communication across global teams to ensure alignment and transparency.
- Support scheduling across multiple time zones, including internal meetings, workshops, project reviews, and stakeholder sessions.
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations, reports, dashboards, and other project documentation as required.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, discretion,
and confidentiality when dealing with sensitive business information.
- Assist with travel coordination and international scheduling where required.
- Provide administrative, operational, and project management support as needed.
Required Skills and Attributes
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a relevant professional role (e.g., administrative assistant to senior executives, project coordinator, project administrator).
- Minimum 4 years of project management experience.
- PMP certification is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to support senior leadership and manage internal stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
- Strong experience managing timelines, deliverables, meetings, schedules, follow‑ups, and project documentation.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with minimal direction.
- Flexible, proactive, resourceful, and highly organized.
- Strong office support, operations support, and management support skills.
- Advanced computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Office 365, Outlook calendar, and meeting management tools).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel as necessary.
