We're seeking an experienced, reliable and motivated Front of House Team Member who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and understands that the little things make a big difference.

What You'll Be Doing

- Creating a warm and memorable experience for every customer.
- Taking orders and processing payments accurately.
- Making basic coffees and supporting the bar during busy periods.
- Delivering food and drinks with efficiency and care.
- Keeping the café clean, organised and presented to a high standard.
- Working closely with the kitchen and your teammates to deliver great service.

What We're Looking For

- Previous café or hospitality experience is essential.
- Basic coffee knowledge and confidence using an espresso machine.




- Someone who is proactive, takes initiative and doesn't wait to be told what to do.
- A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Calm under pressure and able to multitask during busy services.
- Reliable, punctual and takes pride in their work.
- Flexible availability, including must be available on weekends.
