About the Role

This role carries a high level of responsibility in ensuring the safety, wellbeing, and inclusion of every child.

You will:
Support children’s learning, development, and wellbeing in a safe and nurturing environment

Contribute to a culture of child safety, reflective practice, and continuous improvement

Work collaboratively with a passionate and professional team

Engage in meaningful relationships with children, families, and the wider community

Contribute to sustainable practices and inclusive learning environments

About You

You will:
Hold a Certificate III, Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care

Demonstrate a strong commitment to child safety, including upholding Child Safe Standards and reporting obligations

Maintain safe, respectful, and skilled interactions with children at all times

Have experience working with children aged 0–6 years





Be an effective communicator with colleagues, children, and families

Hold (or be willing to obtain) a First Aid qualification

Hold a valid and verified Working with Children Check (WWCC)

Provide a minimum of two professional references
