The Role

Three Blue Ducks Bellingen is looking for casual Floor Staff to join our front-of-house team. Bar experience would be great, however we’re also happy to train someone with strong floor experience and a positive attitude.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys working in hospitality, thrives in a busy environment, and brings warm, genuine service to every shift. This role offers flexibility and balanced hours.

Current trade: Thursday dinner, Friday-Sunday lunch & dinner, Monday dinner.

What you’ll be doing

- Delivering warm, professional customer service

- Supporting smooth daily restaurant operations

- Running food and drinks and maintaining venue presentation

- Working collaboratively with the FOH and kitchen teams

- Assisting with bar service where required

What we’re looking for

- Previous floor experience in hospitality preferred





- Bar experience a bonus, but not essential

- Weekend and weeknight availability

- Positive attitude and strong work ethic

- Ability to work well in a rapid-paced team setting

RSA certified (or willing to obtain)
