At Alya, we believe great support starts with great people. We're looking for an experienced Disability Support Worker to provide consistent, person-centred support to an adult participant living with Cerebral Palsy in the Gympie region.

About the role
You'll provide support with a range of daily living activities, including:
- Personal care and hygiene
- Manual handling and transfers
- Meal preparation
- Household tasks
- Community participation
- Supporting daily routines
- Day shifts and sleepover shifts
About you
We're looking for someone who is:
- Compassionate, reliable and professional
- Confident providing personal care and manual handling
- Able to work independently and follow support plans
- Committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred support
Experience supporting people with Cerebral Palsy or complex physical disabilities will be highly regarded.
Essential requirements
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- Current Australian Driver Licence
- Current QLD Working with Children Check
- Reliable, insured vehicle
- First Aid and CPR certificate (preferred, but not essential)

Pay: $36.81 per hour
