Support Worker (Casual) – Monarch Community Health Services PTY Ltd

Monarch Community Health Services is seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and experienced Support Worker to provide high-quality care for a 2-year-old child in Dandenong.

This role requires experience with PEG feeding and a genuine passion for supporting children with complex care needs in a safe, nurturing, and family-centred environment.

Location: Dandenong
Days: Monday to Friday
Hours: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM (Afternoon Shift)

Key Responsibilities

- Provide high-quality, person-centred support.
- Assist with PEG feeding and follow all care plans safely.
- Support the child's daily routines and developmental needs.
- Promote the child's comfort, wellbeing, dignity, and independence.
- Build positive and respectful relationships with the child and their family.
- Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with the care team.





Essential Requirements

- Demonstrated experience with PEG feeding (essential).
- Experience supporting children with disabilities or complex care needs.
- Compassionate, patient, and committed to delivering quality care.
- Reliable, professional, and able to work independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Versatile and available to work the required shifts.

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $35.15 – $45.23 per hour
