Melbourne Coffee Culture is looking for an experienced and passionate Barista to join our team in Broadbeach.

We're looking for someone who takes pride in every cup they serve and enjoys being part of a supportive, fast-paced team.

Your Responsibilities

- Prepare consistently high-quality espresso-based coffee
- Operate commercial coffee equipment with confidence
- Deliver friendly and professional customer service
- Take customer orders and process transactions
- Assist with opening and closing duties
- Keep the coffee station clean, organised and well stocked
- Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house team to deliver a great customer experience

About You

The successful applicant will have:

- Previous experience as a Barista in a busy café
- Strong knowledge of espresso extraction and milk texturing




- A positive and friendly attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently during busy service periods
- Reliability and robust attention to detail
- Weekend availability is highly regarded
